Guarantee

Guarantee. You are guaranteed to receive your vacation upon receipt of the Reservation (not just the hold.) All transactions are through Paypal for added security. If payment is made to me without completing the confirmation process, a full refund minus Paypal fees will be issued.

Cancellation Policy. My vacation weeks are non-refundable. 

If something arises where you are unable to go on your vacation, I will do what I can to find another buyer to refund as much of the cost as I can, but the closer to the departure date, the less likely we are to find one.
