All weeks are full 7-night timeshare weeks. NO TIMESHARE PRESENTATION REQUIRED! These are sold by owners or the Grand Mayan to fill vacancies and cover essential costs.
I do my best to match pricing if you find a better deal from somewhere else. Certain weeks are discounted for various reasons. In this case, October is coming quickly and these weeks are still available, so the price has dropped!
THE PROCESS:
1. Before you make any commitment to purchase, contact me
with your dates of travel.
2. I will then verify and confirm the
availability for you within 24 hrs.
3. If you choose to proceed, I will place a hold for you under your name.
4. You will have an additional 48 hrs. to secure flights, etc, and pay me in full securely via Paypal.
5. I will then email you a copy of your confirmation letter
in your name to take with you.
Guarantee. You are guaranteed to receive your vacation upon receipt of the Reservation (not just the hold.) All transactions are through Paypal for added security. If payment is made to me without completing the confirmation process, a full refund minus Paypal fees will be issued.
Cancellation Policy. Most of the vacation weeks I sell are non-refundable. If something arises where you are unable to go on your vacation, I will do what I can to find another buyer to refund as much of the cost as I can, but the closer to the departure date, the less likely we are to find one.
